Processing products of foreign goods will be exported from the Russian Federation without payment of operational customs duties

On April 16, 2021, the payment of customs duties for carrying out customs operations when exporting goods produced by processing foreign raw materials will be canceled. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister M.V. Mishustin.

“To establish that in respect of goods received as a result of processing operations in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and placed under the customs procedure of re-export, customs fees for customs operations related to the release of goods are not levied” – stated in the text of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation …

The resolution was prepared at the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia within the framework of the Action Plan (“road map”) for the implementation of the mechanism for managing systemic changes in the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity “Transformation of the business climate” “Export of goods and services”.

This measure will reduce the financial costs of Russian manufacturers for customs formalities, and reduce the cost of services for the production of goods.
