On March 23, in the administration of the city district “city of Derbent”, the head of the Export Support Center of the Republic of Dagestan Ruslan Abaskuliev met with the city’s entrepreneurs.
The event was attended by the head of the economy and investment department of the Derbent administration Sadulla Kudaev, representatives of the Radiosignal plant, the Derbent sparkling wine plant, the Derbent cognac plant, and the business community of the city district.
Anticipating communication with entrepreneurs, Ruslan Abaskuliev gave some of the final figures that the center achieved in 2020. These include the increased export volume of up to $ 2.3 million, and organized business missions to Turkey, Iran, as well as return visits by delegations from Germany, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates and a number of other states.
“We are ready to provide maximum support to your enterprises in finding potential buyers outside the country, to study the markets of countries, prepare commercial offers, issue certificates and register trademarks,” Ruslan Abaskuliev said.
The participants of the meeting were interested in the possibilities of supplying manufactured products, nuances for obtaining certificates and permits for export to certain countries.
Also, within the framework of the meeting, an agreement was reached on a repeated visit of representatives of the center to local enterprises for a more detailed analysis of their export opportunities.
